RENAISSANCE VICARIATE

Christmas is the celebration of one of the most important days in human history - the day Jesus Christ was born into the world. This was a day that prophets wrote about thousands of years before. This was a day to which the faithful looked forward, although they did not yet understand its details. This was a day in which God came in human form to redeem His people. Yet there was another important day coming. Some thirty years after his birth, this Man would die- the true purpose for which Jesus came to Earth in the flesh. He came to die for the sins of mankind. The story is not complete without His triumphal resurrection and His ascension as the King of kings and Lord of lords.
